Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the mat2 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel we provide — you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the mat2 platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mat2 as the platform operator. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Creation & Security
To use mat2's services in full, you will need to register and create a valid user account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and an active email address.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform. mat2 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or terminate the account of any user who does not meet this minimum age requirement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact mat2 customer support immediately and change your password via your account settings.
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account.
- Account sharing between different individuals is strictly prohibited.
- Using a false name or misleading information during registration may result in account termination without notice.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a mat2 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You are prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to access or interact with the mat2 platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal financial activity through this platform.
- Using another person's account or sharing login credentials with any third party.
- Sharing offensive, defamatory, or privacy-violating content through any communication channel on the platform.
Mat2 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, seizure of balances linked to suspicious activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities where evidence of illegal activity exists.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the mat2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via a range of supported payment methods, including FPX, online bank transfers, and approved digital wallets. mat2 does not accept payments in foreign currencies directly.
You are responsible for ensuring that all deposits and withdrawals are made using payment methods registered in your own name. Using third-party payment methods without authorisation is prohibited and may result in account suspension pending verification.
Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the chosen payment method and required security verification. mat2 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method and account tier.
- Any taxes or fees imposed by banks or payment providers are the responsibility of the user.
- Mat2 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing for identity verification purposes or to investigate suspicious activity.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Mat2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, service disruptions, or data corruption. mat2's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of active deposits held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.
All content on the mat2 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of mat2 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from mat2.
The mat2 platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes. mat2 has no control over the content of those websites and accepts no liability for any loss arising from the use of such third-party sites.
Account Policies, Term Amendments & Governing Law
Mat2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, the user's own request, or an order from a competent authority. In cases of termination due to a breach, balances associated with the violating activity may not be refunded.
Mat2 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of these terms will always be available on the mat2 website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the mat2 platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
